Quit Your Way (Ayrshire) - Stop Smoking Service

You will get FREE support to help you quit smoking and or vaping and also access to FREE NRT (Nicotine Replacement Therapy). These will double your chances of quitting.

Smokers and vapers are offered NRT support (length will vary). Behavioural support is offered in conjunction with this.

Your local Quit Your Way service can offer a tailored support. We also provide support to smokers in hospital.

Alternatively, you can attend your local pharmacy for support (No appointment required).

All clinics are subject to change. The clinics run in different formats (drop in, appointment etc) and are run in various settings. Community Halls, GP’s, Pharmacies etc.

If you are disabled or English isn't your first language then we can offer different venues, we can also offer an interpreter service.
